  • Added a Department level that is above Categories
  • Department, Category, and Product images have a height attribute.  If height or width is manually entered at "0", no adjustment will be made.

What’s New - User Management

  • Installed a Site Setting option to allow Usernames to be used.  If this is checked, the following behaviours apply;
    • Duplicate email addresses may be used providing that they have different passwords.  The system will check this.
    • The username field (core Field 84) may be used to store a userame.  Usernames are to be unique across the site.
    • When logging in, first check will be email/password combination, then username/password combination for matches.
  • NOTE: this has not been tested on sites with stores and probably will not work until the store auto-login routines are updated.

  • Two new field types have been added
    • hr - inserts a hard rule in the detail and edit views
    • Text Message - Inserts the text in the Default Data field in the detail and edit views
  • Class and Style options for fields have been added - currently only the new hr and Text Message field will use these values.  Application to the other fields will be implemented in the future.
  • In the page options, there is a checkbox for display of the permissions grid (applicable to administrators only).
  • When a new section is created, all fields that are available to the primary section are available to the new field by default.
  • When a new field is added, all sections are given access to that field by default.
